The 1 Day Course is a kettlebell instructor course designed to give gyms and trainers a high standard of kettlebell learning and development in just 8 hours. This course will teach you the core exercises, how to perform them and most importantly how to teach them. Trainers will learn ways of improving clients movement patterns, techniques and performance.
