We teach the following exercises:
- The Swing
- The Snatch
- The Clean
- The Front Squat
- The Double Military Press
Workout Section:
The workout section is a high intensity training session which covers a mixture of exercises to demonstrate the variety and versatility that kettlebells offer.
Course Facts
- The course is for trainers at REPs level 2 and above.
- REPs accredited workshop with CPD points
- Full colour manual with exercise descriptions and demonstrations
- Certificate of attendance
- 4 hours of contact time with the instructor
