Extreme Kettlebell Educational Training Courses
The Extreme Kettlelbell Training Courses begin with the Extreme Kettlebell Instructor (EKI) and then progress onto the Advanced and Master Extreme Kettlebell Instructor Course. Once an individual has completed the relevant Extreme Kettlebell Instructor Training Course there are follow up workshops available to help maintain kettlebell skills learnt on the course. All of our Kettlebell courses are part of the 'Extreme Education System', set up to maintain the very highest of standards in the fitness industry.
The Extreme Kettlebell Instructor Training course is a two day, intense course which gives exercise and fitness professionals skills that they can immediately put into practice whether for their own training or for training clients. This course is the only course of its kind that explores the science behind the kettlebell and the body. It's also the only Kettlebell Course that has national accreditation from REPS, we currently have 10 CPD points under the new 2007 points scheme, but this is due to increase when our second is fully accredited.
Not only will participants learn to use and teach others how to use Kettlebells, they will be given a better understanding of how their bodies work whilst they are using Kettlebells.
- The contents of an Introduction to Extreme Kettlebell Training course include:
- Kettlebell History
- Why Kettlebells?
- Kettlebell Safety
- Relevant Functional Anatomy and the Kettlebell
- The Swing
- The Clean
- The Snatch
- The Front Squat
- Double Military Press
- The Windmill
- The Turkish Get Up!

To pass the course and receive the relevant REPS points a practical demonstration must be succesfully completed.
