Alternately we can design programmes that you or your coach/es can administer. We will liase with your coaching staff to put together training sessions that will give you the edge. You will be taken out of the gym and your body will be totally prepared for the rigours and demands of your sport. The arsenal of exercises is vast. Most of the exercises have you supporting your own body weight, coordinating natural whole body movements, improving your bodies´ ability to work more efficiently whilst it supports and stabilises itself. As a result you will be better able to take the hits and absorb impact whilst avoiding injury.
