Introducing AST - Advanced Strap Training
Welcome to AST! The most versatile, functional suspended training system available. The AST Instructor Course is a one day training course aimed at fitness professionals, strength coaches and rehab specialists. The AST course will give you everything you need to train yourself and others in any environment for any goal. The AST course is backed up with an interactive website (Coming Soon!) allowing trainers to view exercises and challenges. The website also allows trainers to post their own exercises and become part of the AST movement team!
The aim of the AST Course is to give delegates an understanding of how and when we can use AST, the ways to implement AST into training and putting together effective sessions utilising AST. The AST Course will also give you a great background to how the body is designed to move and function.

EMT- Effective Movement Training
The Optimal Life Fitness Group are happy to announce that we're launching and hosting the Effective Movement Training Course: Here is your chance to transform your clients' Personal Training experience and launch your business into a new dimension by becoming a Certified Effective Movement Trainer. EMT is the most comprehensive, cutting-edge web based, program design tool ever produced. It contains the combined efforts of years of development by some of the Industry's most forward-thinking individuals (Michol Dalcourt, Ian O'Dwyer, Paul Taylor, Scott K and Oliver Scott) and has a user-friendly and easy to use web interface. Check out our website for more information.
AST- Advanced Strap Training
Suspended training has been around for many years in one form or another. Most people would be familiar with gym rings and their use in the Olympics but they go back long before their first appearance in the Olympics. In the 1800's the physical culture centres (gyms of old) would all use rings as a tool for training and strength development. The AST course takes an in-depth look into strap training, with theoretical, practical and online learning of the highest level available. For more information and how to book please visit here
Tommy and myself are back getting people fit!
