The coldest winter in living UK has finally ended. The sun is starting to shine in the London and we're pretty happy.

Last weekend we had an EKI Course at the OLF Training Centre. We were four people down due to a certain volanoe in Iceland and the ensuing flight problems meant that those who were due to fly out from Portugal could not.

Despite having a smaller group the atmosphere was still awesome. So much so that on the Sunday we deceide to take it outside. Mountsfield Park is a lovely park a 5minute walk behind the OLF Training Centre. Every body grabbed a bell each put it in Neals van and away we went.

Two circuits and a fair bit of vaitamin D later and we were all feeling much better for getting some sun. Note to all future couse attendees: If the sun is out we're going to the park!
