Kettlebell Sport Training Camp
Last week we held a Kettlebell Sport Training Camp, which was great success. To read a full review, please visit here.
Kettlebell Sport Competition
Last Sunday we had our biggest Kettlebell Sport Competition yet. We had 34 competitors including people and teams from Ireland, Wales, Germany and Slovenia as well as the UK, Hungary, Slovakia and Australia. Congratulations go to Trojan Tim Joseph who was the overall men's winner and Mateja Legan of the SKC who was the women's winner. I'm just sorting through all the pics and clips now so will have more next week. But well done to all. This sport will only get bigger and bigger
Bodypower Expo
The Trojans will be at the Bodypower Expo on the weekend of the 22nd and 23rd of May. We'll be running sport demonstrations, if you're keen to get involved please let me know.
Educational Courses 2010
Our upcoming courses include a Performance Boxing Course in Belfast on the 17th April plus our EKI in London on the Saturday and Sunday. We have put out our timetable and lists for our educational courses in 2010. If you want to attend any of our courses in 2010 you best get in quick. To check our current courses please visit our online store.
Keep lifting and stay strong,
BJ & Tommy
