OLF Training Centre Timetable
We now have our weekly timetable all sorted out. We've even had sessions running this week. As of next week our timetable will be running in full. If you can get to south east London and you’d like to try your hand at Parkour, Kettlebell Sport, Weightlifting or Muay Thai then you should. Follow this link to check out what's on when.
Look who's coming in 2010…
As well as providing our own courses, when we moved into our own location we wanted to get people we respected into our venue. So far we can confirm that Steve cotter of the IKFF will be running his cert at the OLF Training Centre on the 13th and 14th March. We have Gregor Sobocan of the WKC running a Kettlebell Sport Training camp from the 17th to the 19th March and I can now confirm that Steve Maxwell will be running a seminar here at a date to be confirmed soon. We also have a Kettlebell Sport Competition on the 21st March. There’s a lot going on and more to be announced!
