40 Lifts for Lent - Starts Tomorrow! Are You In?
The day we've all been waiting for has finally arrived. Exactly a year ago I decided to challenge myself with a physical and mental battle that took me 40 days complete!
What was it?
40 Lifts for Lent!
40 repetitions with a 40kg kettlebell for 40 days!
