Educational Newsletter - 17th September Issue 63
We have a lot for you this week. We have new clips and pieces on the Trojans web site, we have a review of last weeks course in Manchester, we have some new barbell complexes for you tot try on the resource centre, plus lots of news regarding where we're getting to with our courses over the next couple of months.
Olympic Weightlifting and King Kong
This week I've had a couple of phone conversations with David Morgan. If you don't know who he is, well you should definitely have a look at this article with clips of David in action.
I'm looking forward to meeting David quite soon in person and learning plenty. He is passionate about strength, exercise and training and he certainly knows his stuff, not only has he been there and one it, he's still doing it and he's learnt all the theory in between!

How to Improve Kettlebell Lifting Time

We're doing a bit of travelling in the next couple of months. This weekend Tommy is off to Cardiff and there a couple places remaining contact the office if you wnat to get on it. We''e now also coming back to Dublin for a 2day EKI on the 12th and 13th October.
