Tommy has never been that traditional, so when it comes to lent this year he decided to do something slightly different!

Everyday for lent Tommy is going to perform 40 lifts with a 40kg kettlebell!

DAY 1
10 x 2 arm swings
10/10 1 arm jerks
5/5 1 arm cleans

DAY 2
10 x cleans (2x40kg)
10/10 x Front squats (1x40kg in single arm rack position)
5/5 Windlmill
