Newsletter Issue 2

I hope this finds you fit and well.

Welcome to issue 2 of the Extreme Kettlebell newsletter.

It looks like summer might be arriving- finally. It might be a chance to get outside and practice some Kettlebell lifting outdoors. A little sun and some much needed vitamin d will do you wonders.

Once you have your kettlebell outside you can try some juggling:

Another drill is a Swing Toss. All you do in a swing toss is essentially swing the bell and throw it as far away from you as you can, walk up to the bell and repeat. Continue for a length of field or park, pick the bell up walk back to where you started this is one set, repeat for desired number of sets.

Just be mindful of small children and animals!

Upcoming courses and dates:

Our first ever Olympic Lifting course gives you an introduction to performing and teaching the Snatch and Clean & Jerk as well as all of the progressive and assistance lifts. The course will be held in Central London on the 12th and 13th of July.
