Extreme Training Day Number 2
The Next Extreme Training Day will be held at the Battersea Park Millenium Athletic Arena on Sunday 13th of May. Training will kick off at 10am and should all be finished by 3pm. After the success of the first Extreme Training Day, we will be introducing some competitive events to the schedule. The competiton events are all judged on maximums, e.g. the most you can do in 1 minute. The events will be as follows:- Tire Flips
- Beer Keg Clean and Press
- Farmers Walk
- Single Arm Kettlebell Military Press
- Kettlebell Snathces
To help add to the tension, we will be keeping quiet about the exact nature of each event until the day. We will also be adding in some other, unusal and extreme training events. The competition will be open to individuals and teams. As an individual the winner will be the highest scorer in all events. For the team event, you must have at least 5 people in a team and the total of all 5 team members will go togehter to make the final score.
To take part in the Extreme Training Day you must apply by email or phone to the Extreme Team. The Events are challenging and physically very demanding so we need to make sure you are fit enough to take part.
To apply please email info@outdoor-extreme.com or call 0870 950 7315.
The cost for the day is £20.00 per person. For more information please use the details above.

The First Extreme Training Day
Sunday the 1st April was no joke for a group of 15 fitness enthusiasts intent on pushing themselves to the limits.
for the farmers walks, it proved to us that Extreme Training Days will be around for sometime! The group have learnt some key basics and have now got the essential skills to challenge for a place on the Extreme Training Champions Board. The next day will be roughly in 6 weeks, if anybody wants to take part they must speak to one of the Extreme Team before hand.
I'm guessing there's going to be a few stiff bodies for the next few days, but from myself and the rest of the team...posted by Tommy Matthews @ 08:34 0 comments
