Manchester Extreme Kettlebell Instructor Course
The Kettlebell boys went on tour in February, and stopped in to Manchester to bring Kettlebells to the North West.

London Extreme Kettlebell Instructor Course February
The first course of 2007 was a great success as 16 students were put through their paces over the 2 days of intense kettlebell training and theory. Well done to all that attended, I hope you're now utilising the kettlebells to their full.
