Extreme Kettlebell Course In Frankfurt
Fitness First Europe have just set a date for the first Extreme Kettlebell Course in Germany. This course will be held at the Fitness Company (Fitness First) on the 18th - 19th August. details below:

Saturday 8.45am - 5pm
Sunday 8.45am - 5pm
This course is open to anybody and will hopefully be the first of many in Europe and beyond.
