The First Extreme Training Day
Sunday the 1st April was no joke for a group of 15 fitness enthusiasts intent on pushing themselves to the limits.April fools day kicked off the Extreme Training Season in style, with a hot sunny day, tire's, beer kegs and much more.
The group learn't how to flip our huge tractor tire, lift beer kegs and drag kettlebells. When the competition hotted up
for the farmers walks, it proved to us that Extreme Training Days will be around for sometime! The group have learnt some key basics and have now got the essential skills to challenge for a place on the Extreme Training Champions Board. The next day will be roughly in 6 weeks, if anybody wants to take part they must speak to one of the Extreme Team before hand.

After all the challenging circuits the group got back to what they know best, Kettlebells, learning some of the basics behind Gyrevick Sport and kettlebell juggling. The Extreme team are looking forward to seeing some kettlebell juggling skills next time round.
I'm guessing there's going to be a few stiff bodies for the next few days, but from myself and the rest of the team...'Well Done and thankyou for making the day a great success, your commitment and enthusiasm was massively appreciated and I look forward to seeing you in about 6 weeks, if not before!'
