Extreme Training Day
The Optimal Life Fitness Team is inviting you to take part in the very first Extreme Training Day.
5 hours of quite simply the best training you'll ever do. You will have the chance to Flip tires, throw beer kegs, wrestle with sand bags and take part in a number of events that will challenge your physical and mental strength to the limits.
The Day's training program will include the following varied areas, in all areas you will learn how to perform the exercises correctly and pick up really useful tips
- Tyre flip training
- Sand bag training
- Beer keg training
- Tyre sprint
- Single leg pistols
- Maximal kettlebell lifts
- High repetition snatches
- The long cycle - kettlebell clean and press
- Kettlebell Juggling
- Kettlebell conditioning circuits
As this is the first Extreme Training Day, the focus is heavily based on training and learning. Future Extreme Training Days will include competitive events similar to the areas of training in the first Extreme Training Day.
By competing in the events you have the chance to appear on the Extreme Training Records List. Optimal Life Fitness has created a variety of the most intense competitive training events possible to challenge you to achieve the ultimate...
The Extreme Training Champion!
If you decide to enter the challenge, over the course of the day there are a number of events that will count towards your total score. The person with the highest score becomes the Extreme Training Champion, until next time!

Time 11.30am - 4.30pm
Cost: £20 per person, this is to help cover the cost of the venue etc.
