Training for Biathlon. Jerk and Snatch.
4-5 times per week.
1. Jerk Main set, 5- 10minutes. Once a week should be trying to better totals.
2. Assistance, One Arm Jerks, heavier than comp bell. 2sets, 2mins each hand, practicing holding lock- out.
3. Snatch Main set, 5-10minutes. Varying rpm and time. going for it once a week.
4. Swings, heavier bell than snatch, 1min each hand 2 sets |
