Extreme Kettle Bells for Beginners Training Course - our soon to be REPS certified kettle bell instructor qualification, a must for any personal trainer. Look out for our national tour to cities throughout the UK, where we'll be holding beginners training courses.

Extreme Training System (ETS) - which offers a complete installation service, training course and support program to all health clubs, gyms and personal trainers. ETS includes our wide selection of high quality Kettle Bells, the Extreme Kettlebell Training Courses and a full system of Extreme Workout Training Programs.
